Open Dream Ensemble, a professional outreach program of the University of North Caroloina School of the Ats, is seeking new original scripts for the 2011 season.
The Thomas S. Kenan Institute for the Arts has awarded two University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) BREATHE projects for summer 2010. This summer’s projects include “You Say You Had a Revolution: Exploring Paris 1968” with Professors Dale Pollock (Cinema Studies and Producing, School of Filmmaking) and Joe Mills (Undergraduate Academic Programs) and “Mayan Culture and the Yucatan Peninsula” with UNCSA Faculty Instructors Raquel Maqueda and Lynda Moss (High School Academic Programs) and Diego Schoch (School of Dance).
The Open Dream Ensemble, a professional multi-disciplinary children’s theater group, announces the cast for the 2010 season. The Open Dream Ensemble will perform Peril on the Red Planet, for grades 2-7, throughout North Carolina, as well as selected engagements in other parts of the Southeast during the fall of 2010.
